I graduated from The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage in Swansea, IL. I’m licensed in both Illinois & Missouri & I’m a Professional Member of The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Every session with me will be customized to you for a balance of therapy & relaxation. I want you to leave feeling relaxed, lighter, happier, & with less pain. I enjoy doing Deep Tissue Massage, Full Body Stretching, and Ashiatsu/Ashiatsu Thai Massage, or barefoot massage. So if you need someone to get in there deep, I got you.

I do also offer other modalities of massage such as Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Swedish, Cupping/Medi-Cupping, Prenatal, Hot Packs, Trigger Point Therapy, CBD, Hot Stones, & Aromatherapy.
