When should I arrive to my appointment?

Wanna make things easy? Arriving 10-15 minutes early to your appointment time helps you relax before your appointment &  keeps from feeling rushed when it comes to filling out your health intake form.

What happens if I’m late?

Things happen, it's no biggie. Crazy traffic, rainy weather, ect. happen! If you're late, we will work with you as much as we can in accordance to the rest of our schedule for the day. If you’re late to your appointment please remember you may pay full amount of appointment based on scheduling.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours before the appointment. This notice ensures we arrive on time for appointments & give you our best service! 

What if there’s inclement weather that prevents me from showing up for my appointment?

There will be no fee charged as long as you call to cancel or reschedule your appointment. By calling or texting staff, this lets us know you won't be coming in due to weather conditions, & ensures that we don't brave the crazy weather either! 

Will I be charged if I no call/no show?

If you “No Call/No Show” you will be charged the full amount of your appointment . If you have gift certificates or packages they will be redeemed the price of the appointment as well. We have to be strict with this as our time is valuable in this industry, please try to understand. This ensures that others looking to book are able to still. As long as you are considerate of our time by giving us 24hr notice, then no fee will be charged. 

How do I buy a gift certificate or package?

We offer gift certificates for any of our amazing services! To buy gift certificates online, click our BOOK NOW/SCHEDULE TODAY links & select the gift certificate you would like to purchase. This digital certificate can be redeemed in store by using your name & they don't expire. We also offer physicial gift cards in our store that include cards to our site so the recipeint can view our services. Our staff also offer their own gift certificates & packages, so to buy one just ask your service provider.
