When should I arrive to my appointment?

Wanna make things easy? Arriving 10-15 minutes early to your appointment time helps you relax before your appointment &  keeps from feeling rushed.

What happens if I’m late?

Things happen, it's no biggie. Crazy traffic, rainy weather, ect. happen! If you're late, I will work with you as much as I can in accordance to the rest of my schedule for the day. If you’re late to your appointment please remember you may pay full amount of appointment based on scheduling.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

I ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours before the appointment. 

What if there’s inclement weather that prevents me from showing up for my appointment?

There will be no fee charged as long as you text/call to cancel/reschedule your appointment. By calling or texting me, this lets me know you won't be coming in due to weather conditions & I will do the same for you! 

Will I be charged if I no call/no show?

If you “No Call/No Show” you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. If you have gift certificates/packages they will be redeemed the price of the appointment as well.  As long as you are considerate of my time by giving 24hr notice, then no fee will be charged. 

How do I buy a gift certificate or package?

To buy gift certificates online, click our gift certificates links & select the gift certificate you would like to purchase. This digital certificate can be redeemed in store by using your name & they expire two years from purchase date. I also offer cute physical gift cards in my office that include a card to my site so the recipient can view services.   Gift cards/certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE.
